Came through fine both times. Very interesting work layout idea. Let me see if I can recreate it for you in the 2026 UI.

Hi again Danny. I did find an easy control for the song memo that creates a floating window:

[Linked Image - Only viewable when logged in]

If you uncheck the Summary check box, the BIAB generated notes about the song disappears and you are left with a floating blank window for any kind of memos and can adjust the font size to your liking. It doesn't look like you can dock this window inside the new UI, but it easily can be sized and placed side by side with a resized BIAB window which I think gives you what you want with 2026. Here is my mock-up of what I think you are looking for. (The chords I have entered in the chord sheet are just gibberish testing different font settings)

Thanks Danny,
Yes, the attachment works fine.

Thanks that could work, as long as I do not have to do that for every song. So when a new song is brought up will the split screen automatically be brought up like it used to? Or will I have to configure the screen like this for every song in my set?

Thanks again, sorry for all the questions.

Don't know if the windows will remain "sticky", but they might. I am sure they will if just loading another song. But not sure if you close biab and then reopen.

If you are going to post pictures of a font you like in BIAB, please add an example of a complex chord. For example, let me see D13(b9,#11)/Eb

Great suggestion. I will ask PG about this supposed custom option (I don't think it really is custom) and then possibly put together an example post with your suggestion of course. I'll see what I can come up with from PG for clarification first.

I tried your chord and it looked fine but when I pressed <enter> to confirm it I got an error message. Bad chord?

You have to enter the chord without brackets and comma -> D13b9#11/Eb

Thanks so very LARGE for all the help. I just hope it remains "sticky" if if just for the session that way it will only have to be done once on the gig.

PS: Seems like it would be a pretty simple fix for PG Music to get it to stay there if indeed it does not. Well see.

Thanks again,

As per Danny's method of using BIAB "live", I have 2 brothers who are doing exactly that, using the Jukebox function. Here are a couple of screenshot samples.
LLOYD S

Not sure how the attachments are suppose to appear.
I may not have the method down.

Hi Lloyd,

That's the ticket, but do they have to set up the screen like this for every song, or is it saved automatically when closed, and opened on the same screen as when closed?

Thank you Sir!

From what I can tell from experimenting with 2026, the Lyrics Document window state / position doesn't get saved with a 'View'.
