I ordered my ultra pak last week with a hard drive, and still no info on that and why it's not in the mix yet. I only download from hard drives because I don't trust the internet. I would like to know why no updates on why it's not yet in transit. I am not trying to make a big issue on this and I don't want to call and make an issue of this, I just want to get the hard drive and start working on my music. Thanks for any info.

PGM are usually pretty good with dispatch and tracking details. If you are really concerned, contact PG Music with all of your purchase details, and request a status update.

It's one week since order was made, on credit card and I got the online download etc. but nothing from PG regarding hard drive. I hate to bother PG about this because I would think they are very busy at this time.

I would still contact their customer service department directly. Yes, they are probably busy, but they will care about your order, just as much as the other orders. Maybe something got delayed, an address is incorrect or similar. They'll definitely want to sort out any issues.

(In Benoni, South Africa) Similar here as I ordered on the 2nd of December and still waiting for it to arrive. I'm not worried as PGM has always come through for me.
I'm in a fitness protection program. I'm been hiding from exercise.

Today I received an Email from "Canada Post" with a tracking number, and an estimated delivery date of Dec 24... I assume it is my Biab hard drive... I ordered the Audiophile update on Dec 4.

I called today and was told they are behind on orders and as soon as it ships I will be notified with a e-mail. I see by the updated responses that I am not alone in this situation. This has never happened before, but now I see it's not just me. Thanks for the answers.
