HEllo, recently I installed the new 2026 BIAB version. but I have decided to install again BIAB 2024 and have both versions.
I have search in the forum how to do this but using the same Realtracks,, etc libraries. but I cannot find it
Anyone can let me know how to do this? or if there is an tutorial or tips in the Forum ?

In 2026 there is a selection to specify the RealTracks folder location under Options>Preferences>RealTracks. Check the box and specify the path and click 'update'.
I don't have 2024, but my 2022 version has the same setting option.
I've never tried doing the change, I just know that the settings capability is there. Perhaps someone who has actually done it would want to chime in, but in the meanwhile you might just want to give it a try.

Many years ago I put BiaB on my C drive and my RealTracks and RealDrums on my E drive and I have never had any problems. On updates PGM locates the E drive and all RT and RD updates always go there.
OK, a random thought;

One way is to have both the 2024 and 2026 executible files reside inside seperate Band-in-a-Box folders Create seperate desktop shortcuts for each program file in each folder. Then select whichever desktop shortcut you desire.
You likely will want to move the RealDrums and RealTracks folders to custom locations so the "bb" folders are not excessively large.
You can't have two 'bb" folders with the same name under the storage drive letter. Keep the 2026 folder name at its default of 'bb'. Maybe label the other folder as "bb 2024" for example.

Hello,
If you go to the StylePicker and click Rebuild, Rebuild (Fast), a window will pop up to where you can choose the file locations of your RealTracks and RealDrums.
Please note the newer RealTracks will not work with the older version.

This is exactly how I have it and works fine. Once installed just go to realtrack settings and set the custom path for the realtracks.
