Here's the link to the Lost in Time songs featuring various BIAB styles and RealTrak instruments:
The following are songs I wrote and produced with lyrics by Kathy Keogh: Shut Up and Dance I Know What I Need (Do You Wanna Party) I'm Your Man Pulling the Plug Never Touched Your Soul It's Getting Harder to Find the Rock Shoot Before You're Shot She's My Woman
I give much credit to BIAB for adding layers of depth to my songs, originally written with just an acoustic guitar and vocal. Mixed and mastered with Reaper, but by recommendation will use Ozone 12 to remaster (thanks Forum).

You're presenting a whole album here. Nice! Usually, we feature one song at a time, along with some information about the song, the BIAB tracks used, and so on - see the info section at the top of the forum for more details.
Great dance song. Based on my use of BiaB B3s I'd guess the organ was from BiaB. I second Brian BD's point about more info about used samples.
Some favourite Waoist Adages: #1: Play on the Way. #13: Ask not for whom the flower blooms, it blooms for you. #58: Bring consciousness to it. #63: On the road to effortlessness, effort must be made. #92: Be Love Now, the rest will come on its own.
Thanks for your comments B.D. Yes, I didn't know. So, from now on, I will list my songs separately and provide all the details, BIAB instruments used (other instruments too), DAW used, etc.

Thanks for your comments WaoBand. Per the Shut Up and Dance song (if that is the one you meant), I will provide all the details soon in a separate post, e.g. what BIAB tracks used, etc.

Aurealius, welcome to the forum! Cool throwback dance tune and nice arrangement. Like your vocals and harmonies a lot, too. Of course, if you want your audience to DANCE dance, you'll need to crank that bass and kick up a bit so they can FEEL the beat under the twinkle of the disco ball.
Hypothetically of course. Not that *I'VE* ever. Well, maybe once or maybe more than once...
Can't say I miss those days, but they WERE a lot of fun.

Just like Ron, I want to extend a warm welcome to you! Of course, the first time is exciting, and you don't yet know what "rules" we have here. But I am sure you will learn quickly. So let's stop talking and talk about the song. It is an infectious song that makes you want to start dancing right away. But after we are done with that, exhausted and out of breath, I do have a few things I want to discuss;
For a 'wild' dance song, your voice sounds very close and "dry." I mean, of course, that some reverb and delay would be welcome. But I also found the emotion in the voice somewhat subdued, considering the atmosphere the song aims to project and the lyrics in any case; "shut up, dance!"
I would have screamed it a bit more towards the end. And I would also have liked to hear multiple voices there (towards that ending). Especially where you repeat that title so often. That adds more weight to the atmosphere.
I did think the accompaniment was good. Perhaps a distinct accent could have been added here and there, via the drums, or a strum with that electric guitar, if you know what I mean. But, very nicely done and therefore an asset to this forum!
Thanks Hans! Very good constructive criticism. I'll soon add the song (Shut Up and Dance) as a standalone post and for you and others, I'll post what the tracks were, especially the BIAB instruments. I now have Ozone 12 but didn't have it the time to master this song. Most likely it would've made all the tracks stand out better (including my vocals, albeit I may not be a great rock singer). At some point I'll remaster this song. Note however I did use reverb on my vocal, just maybe not enough in this case.

Per request, per the song Shut Up and Dance, which is the first on the playlist, I will repost it later as a standalone song. That said, here are some details of the BIAB instruments I used:
The BIAB "Foundation" tracks for Shut Up and Dance were: Drums: RealDrums=NashvilleEven16 Bass: 389:Bass, Electric, Metal Guitar1: 996:Guitar, Electric, Rhythm HardRockLACrispA-B Guitar2: 660:Guitar, Electric Rhythm TexasRockChop Organ: 690:Organ, B3, Background Pop
I added these four tracks: Vocal Main Vocal Harmony1 Vocal Harmony2 Vocal Percussion (at the very end panned right)
Could have mixed better and will remaster at some point. Used Reaper DAW

WELCOME, Aurelius! What a fun DANCE song. Man, i can hear this hook being sung by so many in so many situations. That makes it VERY realatable. Excellent vocals, and a good mix. I admit to skipping ahead to hear more. It's all so good. Keep 'em coming.
Enjoy whatever happens! marty

Thanks so much BabuMusic! I will keep them coming as I have a lot more. But in the future, as suggested, I will only post one at a time, as well as give the details of the BIAB instruments I used.
