Hi When I booted up BIAB for some reason the vertical lines and bar numbers were missing from the backing tracks. This view makes it difficult to make changes to or create new tracks. I have tried every option and view but have no success in getting them to return. I would appreciate any assistance to correct the situation.

I would use the "Return To Factory Settings" option.
Navigate to the Menu bar at the top of the screen; select "Options"; "Return to Factory Settings"; "Most". If that doesn't work, do it a second time but choose "All" instead of "Most".
Also note there are selections to save or load preferences. Once you have the program settings the way you want then you can save the settings and load them anytime you have to use the "Return to Factory Settings" command.
Just a bit more on Jim's good advice. With the topic you mention, the "Most" option should do it. [The "All" option also affects choice of drivers.] Either one will prompt you to Save your preferences first, and when you get things where you want them, do a separate Save so you will have settings you can recover.
