Michael, it is a bit unclear what you mean by "to build your own Multi [Simultaneous=...]". For different or for unique project?
A)Your own recording via user created User Track - This will work for different projects well enough if you stay within reasonable tempo change from original.
B)Opening another instance of (Trumpet / Trombone) RealTrack on another mixer track. The "simultaneous" part is a bit of artistic choice. There is a tool called Partial Regeneration. You can use that for a better fit. However it will sound different in another project as RTs are phrase based. You will have to use Partial Regeneration again on a new project with different chord progression.
C) There are also "playable" Real Tracks. I don't have experience with them, but someone here will likely help you. To my understanding, if they (playable real tracks) have share same MIDI chart, they should in theory sound "simultaneous".

Are you looking for a Horn Section (say Sax, bone and Trumpet) which will play in Unison (meaning all playing from the same single chart). This is very common and can sound great. As far as Real Tracks go I don't think this is possible in BIAB. In fact I don't think they can even play in sequence over the same chart. There is the "Medley Maker " which will put different horns in sequence to trade 4's, but again not simulaneously. So you would need to go to MIDI. That I have done, but not with the stock MIDI sounds in BIAB, I used VST horns to play the same chart, at the same time.

Well, let me try to explain... I´m working on a Rock´n´Roll Song and want to spice it up with a Horn or Brass Section that does a kind of Background rhythm. There are (Multi) real tracks like #4396, #4401, #4406, and #4411 but they are a bit simple and boring. On the other hand there are real tracks like #3999 which fits more to my taste for this song. But this one is only one instrument not a section - and I wonder why it is marked "(1 TrackHornSection)"??? I hoped to be able to "combine" this with other treal tracks to a combo or section...

Use the RealTrack Medley Maker to create a simultaneous horn section. Open RealTracks Picker Open Medley Select instruments & pan of you want Select Play Simultaneous
The instruments are on the same track and read the same midi data. I believe the one horn you reference is also included in a PG Music Horn section.
Note: the horn section can be set to any of the options in the list, not just Chorus.
