Question? How Do You apply the 493 MB SIT file to the Jazz Guitar 20 Tunes Program?
I downloaded the file, but it seems to need some kind of special program to open this file type.
Do I need to just copy the file into the related BB folder holding the program?

Hello Passion4Blue,
Yes, stuffit expander will open this file. However, where did you get the file? The Video Guitar Lesson patches on the support page would only be applicable if you have Band-in-a-Box 12 or earlier, and if you purchased the Video Guitar Lesson a few years ago...

I've had all the Jazz Guitar Master Class type courses for a number of years now. This patch was on the download list for the 20 Jazz Tunes, so I thought I'd apply it. I spoke with a PGMusic rep yesterday and she told me that all I had to do was simply drop the file into the program folder. So all is good.

Hi,
Are you a PC user? Note that is a Mac patch you downloaded. The PC updates are on the left side of that page. But you're right, simply putting that file in the folder wouldn't hurt anything - actually it wouldn't do anything at all other than use disk space.

Geez, I didn't notice the MAC column. Thanks for pointing that out Andrew. I guess I can go back and reclaim that 493MB's of disk space.
