Salve! Espongo il mio problema: ho importato da una traccia mp3 pre-esistente gli accordi di una canzone tramite lo wizard apposito. Ora vorrei esportare un file midi basato su questi accordi, ma quando sto per esportare mi crea un file MID da 2 o 3 Kb che non contiene nulla. Qualcuno mi sa dire se ho saltato qualche passaggio?

Ciao Ally,
ti riassumo schematicamente la procedura che utilizzo solitamente, confronta i miei passaggi con i tuoi e vedi se ti riesce di individuare in essa stessa la causa del problema, altrimenti proviamo altre strade.
- Inizio con un Nuovo Brano
- apro il Magico aiutante degli Accordi
- apro con esso il file audio
- imposto la misura 1
- clicco sul pulsante OK-Invia a BiaB
- nella finestra Utilità del Magico aiutante degli Accordi ho la possibilità di impostare e sincronizzare una mappa dei tempi, settare la tonalità del brano, infine spunto la casellina Abilita lo stile Midi, poi chiudo la finestra
- Salvo il brano nel formato di BiaB (con orchestrazione)
- esporto il brano come file midi Tipo 1 (Multitraccia) Normale

Come sempre, Seranto ha ragione ed indica la stessa procedura che uso anch'io.
Però segnalo ad Ally che a volte il file MIDI così creato "non suona".
Non so per quale motivo, ma se lo importo di nuovo in BiaB il livello del segnale MIDI in "controllo di riproduzione" si azzera, quindi non sento nulla.
Però ho imparato che basta andare nel "controllo riproduzione" ed alzare il livello del potenziometro e tutto funziona a meraviglia.
Magari Seranto sa spiegarmi il mistero.

Curiosa Gigim questa cosa! devo ammettere la mia "colpa": non mi è mai successo, ma principalmente perchè non ho mai avuto la necessità di reimportare in BiaB un midifile creato da BiaB stesso. Li utilizzo sempre con un software esterno e non ho mai rilevato questi "bisticci" sul livello del Volume.
Trattandosi comunque di un dato MIDI bisognerebbe dare un'occhiata alle varie impostazioni che il software assegna automaticamente nelle sue varie schede (esse possono variare da un pc all'altro perchè dipendono dalle caratteristiche della scheda audio e da altre impostazioni create da software precedentemente installati e che vanno comunque ad inserirsi nel Registro del sistema operativo).
Credo potrebbe valer la pena (per cercare di risolvere il problema) provare a ritoccare qualche impostazione nella finestra Options (accessibile dalla finestra che si apre per prima appena inizi la procedura di esportazione in midifile) o in MIDI Options (apposito tasto visibile nel solito finestrone delle Preferenze).
Hai mai provato ad esempio a spuntare la casellina Send GM Mode On at startup? Quest'opzione dovrebbe inserire nel midifile i dati di Sistema esclusivo che (almeno in teoria) dovrebbero eseguire una specie di Reset di tutti i valori MIDI, facendoli impostare obbligatoriamente al software e/o alla scheda audio a valori salvati negli stessi dati di Sistema esclusivo.
In realtà talvolta alcune impostazioni di una scheda audio o di un software particolarmente invadente in fase d'installazione impediscono l'esecuzione di quanto appena descritto, ma del resto da qualche parte bisogna iniziare.
Fammi sapere, e soprattutto mi incuriosisce sapere da quanto tempo hai scoperto il problema, cioè da quale versione del software, e se lo riscontri sempre o saltuariamente.

Premesso che uso una buona scheda audio (SoundBlaster Audicy 2zs), il problema si pone anche quando registro con Nero Wave Editor. Ad ogni avvio devo sincerarmi che la casella "Quello che senti" sia attivata perchè ad ogni avvio viene disattivata automaticamente. E questo anche con file .mp3 o .wav.
Poco male, ormai ci ho fatto l'abitudine e temo di fare più pasticci che altro andando a toccare cose che non conosco. Sono un discreto musicista ma un pessimo informatico.
