Regardless of who the pretty girl is (and she is pretty)....this feature is just another cutting edge tool that PGMusic has added to there list of customer service....I just had a problem with my mini hard drive coming unseatd in the case and within 5 minutes I was up and running again. This service is GREAT. Kent was my rep and he diagnosed the problem and had me fix in real time, and in no time.....I'm sold.

All kidding aside, PG Music support is stellar. I don't know of a site where I can go and get forum help like I do here, or, if I need help from the company, can get that at any reasonable time.
I deal with Tech Support on a daily basis, and I know what it's like on both ends of the line. PG Music does it correctly, I'm happy to say.
