In a 4 Beat Measure of Bm7> Bm7/F# Bm7/E, is there a way to just have the bass play the F# and E notes while the other instruments just play over the Bm7 Chord. Thanks for any Help...Eddie

You are very close already - make sure every chord has a slash or altered bass note as in /F# or /E

Thanks Jazzman for the reply. The bass is playing the F# and E as I want it to but, the other instruments are trying to play the Bm7 with the F# and E notes and you can hear a dissonace in the chord from some wrong notes. I'm talking about audio tracks and not midi, so I don't know how to correct a note in audio.....Thanks Eddie

With audio I found different results with different styles - sometimes simplifying the chord to Bm/F# works

Slash chords with Real Tracks can be iffy.
Maybe Peter can help with this.

One option is to generate the arrangement, then freeze the bass track, take out the slash chords in the chord grid, and re-generate. Only the bass line will use the slash chords then. Be sure to save both versions, so you have them available to be able to re-create later, if you are looking for a different bass part.

Actually, a very good thought  , this is exactly the type of out-of-the-box thinking you have to do to utilize BIAB to its fullest.
