when I click on my home & setting i get a blank screen - win 7 ie 32 bit
Win 11 64, Asus Rog Strix z390 mobo, 64 gig RAM, 8700k

Hi,
That's strange. What web browser and version are you using, and does it happen with other web browsers as well? (e.g.Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera...).

ie 8.0.7600.16385 no it does moy happen in firefox i am win 64 with 32 bit ie.

Thanks. That same setup doesn't have a problem in my testing. I'm not sure exactly what would cause that. But, IE does tend to be more buggy than other browsers, and it is not unusual for things to get broken in different versions of it.

I didn't know where to post this, so I'm glad to at least have a thread kind of about the forum. When I write longer posts, the post pane won't scroll and follow me as I type. It seems to get stuck. I can type away and it'll take it, but I have to use the scroll bar to go down and see what I'm typing. Really wierd, as if posting has a length limitation. IE 8, I believe.

That sometimes happens to me with longer posts as well. I usually type long posts in a text file (e.g. notepad), then just copy them from there into the Post field.

Hello Dan,
I think it is an Internet Explorer 8 issue. So using a different browser would be the alternative... In my testing, it doesn't happen with Firefox for example.

Yes, this does not happen in FF. So IE users are screwed?! Maybe it should be looked at from the board software side.

I think that screwed is too strong a term, but yes - good point. Will see if anything can be done about it.

"screwed" is what happens when you pay for an advertised service then don't get what the advertisement said you would get. This forum is free to the users even though it costs PGMusic to make it available. IE is free, and therefore disclaimers to its functionality abound. Since both the forum and the software mentioned are free to use... how could anyone be screwed by using them?? What could the user be screwed out of since no compensation was offered or accepted?
Free stuff is offered with the general acknowledgement that no promises or guarantees of functionality are made or implied. Whereas it is legitimate to complain about services that were paid for but not received, it seems like looking a gift horse in the mouth to complain about any aspect of a free service or product.

i m using IE -7 its doing good. i think there is setting problem....u can try other browsers....
then see what happen..
