Can someone tell me the best way to connect so that I can hear the Ketron midi output and analog real tracks through my computer monitors while playing BIAB songs?

You need to get the output from the Ketron (which are RCA plugs) to the line-in on your computer. Most use a stereo RCA to 1/8" stereo mini-plug adapter (I think the Ketron even came with one). If you have a laptop computer, however, you may not have a line-in connection on the computer. In that case, you would have to purchase an external one (usually USB). I hope that made sense.

On my computer, I use a little Behringer mixer, so that I can also have other inputs (such as microphone or other instruments). So mine looks like.
MIDI Out on Computer --> MIDI In on Ketron --> Stereo Audio Out on Ketron --> Stereo Audio In on Mixer --> Stereo Audio Out on Mixer --> Stereo Audio In on Computer

IMIDI Out on Computer --> MIDI In on Ketron --> Stereo Audio Out on Ketron --> Stereo Audio In (Line-in) on Computer
I don't get any sound when I plug in from the Ketron to the computer, but I have no problem using the same cable from the Ketron to my monitors. Do I have to make any changes within BIAB?

You need to make sure that the input volume for line-in on your computer is turned up in your Windows or Soundcard mixer. And I'm sure you realize it, but also make sure the volume on the Ketron is turned up as well (which it should be, since it works with your monitors.
