Hola a todos...
Me encuentro en una situación bastante complicada a la que no encuentro explicación y que no se como resolver....
ME OCURRE LO SIGUIENTE:
Tengo dos ordenadores..Un portátil con el que trabajo habitualmente y
un ordenador de mesa en el estudio, donde llevo el disco de Biab (Audiphile) para
volcar los ficheros de Biab y añadir voces a través de una mesa de mezclas Tascan 1884.
En el portátil cargué AUDIOPHILE y he estado trabajando con él haciendo unas canciones nuevas.
Terminadas las canciones cargué el Biab (audiophile) en el estudio y empezaron los problemas, pues
salió un MENSAJE EN AMARILLO QUE DICE QUE NO ENCUENTRA LAS REAL TRACK NI LAS REAL DRUMS.
Efectivamente la relación de ambas están vacías y no hay manera de rearmarlas.
He desinstalado Biab, en el ordenador del estudio y he vuelto a cargarlo utilizando la segunda opción
que supone 4.5 Gb aproximandamente. y sigue saliendo el mismo mensaje.
He observado, cuando cargo el programa que me pide el directorio de destino de mi disco duro y
sale predeterminado como C:\bb.y al aceptar INSTALA EL PROGRAMA.
No sé lo que pasa, pero no funciona nada de audio y me sigue saliendo el mismo mensaje....
NO SE SI ES QUE EL DISCO DE AUDIOPHILE SE HA ESTROPEADO O QUE YO en mi ignorancia
estoy haciendo algo mal.
La verdad es que en el portátil no había tenido problema, porque se instaló solo, pero al final
también me sale el mismo dichoso mensaje ...
¿que hago, Carlos, como se soluciona esto, porque lo he vuelto a instalar varias veces y sigue
el mismo problema en los dos ordenadores....?
Espero vuestra ayuda porque la verdad es que estoy bastante preocupado y desesperado de no
encontrar una solución...

Hola Isidro, gusto en saludarte. Lo que esta sucediendo no es nada anormal y no debe preocuparte. Lo que sucede es que Band-in-a-Box por defecto utiliza las carpetas DRUMS y RealTracks ubicadas en su propio directorio de instalación. En este caso nos indicas que has instalado BIAB en el ordenador del estudio en la carpeta predeterminada C:/bb, sin embargo todos tu RealTRacks y RealDrums se encuentran a salvo en el disco externo original que recibiste, y aunque utilizes la segunda opción de instalación esta no servirá, pues tus RealTracks continúan en tu disco externo, y con la versión Audiophile es incluso impractico copiar todo el contenido de los RT a tu ordenador del estudio ya que necesitarías casi un Terabyte y medio (1500 GB)!! . Por lo tanto deberás indicarle al programa donde se encuentran tus RealDrums y RealTracks. Para eso te he preparado un gráfico que te guiará de forma segura en dicho procedimiento. El mismo se refiere al los RealTracks, pero el procedimiento es practicamente el mismo para los realDrums y deberas realizarlo igualmente. Recuerda que la ruta o directorio para conseguir tus RD y RT en tu disco duro externo es la misma del programa pre-instalado en dicho disco, por lo general /bb/drums y /bb/realtracks , te lo indico para que sepas de antemano donde buscar cuando el procedimiento te lo pida. En este punto Isidro, y como nota aparte, te recomendaría algo que siempre hago con todos nuestros clientes y usarios y es que hagas respaldo de tu disco Audiophile en otro disco duro del mismo tamaño, sabemos que eso significa una inversión, pero a la larga casi siempre resulta mas rentable y seguro tener nuestra inversión protegida de esa forma. En caso de que te interese, puedo asesorarte al respecto, ya que tengo un sistema de soporte online personal para prestar ese tipo de servicio a distancia, para ello me puedes escribir un email o mensaje privado para darte las indicaciones. Nota importante: si instalaste el programa desde tu disco duro origianl audiophile en un nuevo ordenador, asegúrate de descargar las ultimas revisiones y actualizaciones de Band-in-a-Box, RealTracks y RealDrums para tu versión desde nuestro sitio web (nota: estas actualizaciones para RT y RD no son nuevos estilos, son solo archivos de sistema y actualización). Buenos días Carlos.
Tengo el Audiophile 2010.5 y la verdad es que estoy muy satisfecho con el.
Me gustaría saber si en Band in a Box hay patrones con REALTRACKS de "cuerdas" como los hay de bajos, guitarras etc... porque necesito meter cuerdas (que no sean midi, sino wab) y que suenen realmente bien...
Igualmente te agradecería que me dijeras, si existen, como adquirirlas para incorporarlas a mi Audiophile, así como si hay nuevas Realtracks que pudiera añadir a la versión 2010.5 y como hacerlo.
