There may be a way to do this but I do not know how.
In many professional songs I hear a build up of tension before the chorus. Many times this is done simply by a note or chord being played on every beat of the measure. I know that there are shots in BIAB but it would be nice to have the ability to have sustained notes that are plucked, picked or strummed on every beat of the measure as well.
It would be nice to have a set of instruments that are used for this purpose and could be labeled as the Instrument name & the tempo "Tension Builder"

I have found that certain RealStyle instruments/styles support such a thing, but by no means all. I repeat the chord on each beat, using either a shot or hold on the chord symbol; I listen to the result, and then mute a track (use function key F5) if it sounds cheesy when done this way. Adjusting volume (F5) helps, too.
What surprises me most is that RealTracks actually supports a few of these techniques that I have used with MIDI through the years.

Yes tension building and longer breaks and alternative bridges, longer Intros and Outros with lots of drum breaks are hard to realize. Something like the intros and outros of the proffessional arranger keyboards
