I posted this in the tricks and tips forum, but was told it would probably get better response here so here goes.
Im very new to BIAB so Im sure this is probably an extremely noob question but here goes.
If I pick say a country style song, and I want the verses to play with rimshot and highhat, first 2 chorus's to use snare and highhat, but the for the last chorus I wanted to use a ride with the snare, do I have to setup a totally new style for that? I cant seem to get a substyle to use the same other parts, but a different set substyle of drums. I hope thats understandable, my writing isnt the best so please forgive me. Thanks for any help.
By the way, Im talking about Real Drums. Just figured that might come up since I didnt mention it.

By the way, I got one response saying that I could click F5 on any bar that I wanted to change, click on the realdrums tab and do what Im wanting from there, but that doesnt seem to work. It looks like thats what I want to do, and I get tempo changes and such to work from there, but changing drum substyles or even the whole rhythm doesnt seem to work.

Ok, I uninstalled and reinstalled BIAB and it seems to be working now. Seems like I might have done something wrong in the initial install that wasnt allowing that to work. Thanks again for all of the help.

John_H, what version of BIAB do you have? The functionality of F5 has been increased every year.
Also, the "Realdrums Tab", by which I assume you mean Opt., Preferences, RealDrums, doesn't factor into this. In the chordsheet - BIAB's main window where you enter chords - click on any bar and press F5. You should see a dialog box where you can set the tempo for that bar (or increase or decrease it by a percentage).

Thats what I was doing Matt, clicking on the F5 button and then changing the RealDrums from there. It wasnt initially working for me, but after a reinstall it is. And I have BIAB 2011 by the way. Thanks
