Pete, You really know how to get that authentic blues feel, and even the "period" sound into your songs, guitar and vox. Good one, and Merry Christmas.

Hi Don, I wonder if you mean Jimmie Rogers , the singing brakeman or Jimmy Rogers, who sang Honeycomb and was Muddy Waters guitar player? No matter - they are both way beyond me, but thanks. I hope to have time on earth to study John Hurt's music - what a giant. That's one of my goals for 2011 - to learn more about the folk blues with the hope that eventually I'll start writing songs again and like BIAB I'll have enough styles to create my own Pete Style. Best wishes to you in 2011. God Bless! PS - I don't know where Mac is but he was very helpful in pointing me down this road and many others here have been very helpful and supportive and I appreciate and will never forget that.
