Hi,
I have the following problem:
I use Native‘s Kontakt 4 as a Midiplayer. It works fine in BiaB (via IAC-buses), but rendering a song, Biab doesn‘t use the „sounds“ of Kontakt but refers to an instrument out of a different sound-bank (and uses the midi-instrument choosed in the menue of the track).
Can anybody help me in forcing BiaB to use Kontakt's sounds when rendering a song and not these of an internal GM-soundbank (I don't know which one and where the sounds come from when Biab renders the song).

Can't be done. Your best bet is to use BiaB in DAW mode, drag the midi tracks over to whatever sequencer of choice you use, and then do it there.
But honestly, if there is a RealTrack that is in the style you want, it generally sounds way better than the Kontakt's sounds.

thank you for your answer.
I will import tracks to Logic then (as I have done before.)
By the way: I almost use RealTracks, but if I want BiaB to play a melody, I have inserted, I have to choose a midi instrument, and then Kontakt‘s instruments (sounds) are quiet good. It is a pity that BiaB will not access Kontakt when rendering a song.
