Hi all.
I'm in the process of writing some pieces - and would find it really helpful to have a way of playing chords as I go to see how they sound. I dont have a keyboard, and am not a pianist anyhow, so this is not easy.
I compiled a load of chords in a song format as an experiment, and this sort of works. I just double click on the chord I want to try and it plays it. Bit clunky though. Does BIAB have something built in to allow this? Or do you hard core musical types just hear the chords in you head without trying them?

If you have entered the chords in a notation window (melody or soloist), then there is an icon that converts the cursor in a way that plays the chord as you drag the icon across the notation.

Hey Joe - thanks for that. I foraged around in the icons and found chord builder - which is exactly what I was looking for. Doesnt seem to be quite what you described but does the job fine.

Oh right, I now found the other icon too in the notation window. Thats also handy.

Also, if you press Shift-Enter, on any chord that you do enter on the chordsheet (or one that is already there), you can hear it.
