howdy.
is there a way to print "multiple" staff role notation modes. I have been asked to go into a local elementary school and help use music to teach fractions.
by printing the very graphic "staff role notation" in various instruments i would have a very visual tool to aid with the "live" music.
hope someone can assist.

Hi RB,
I'm not quite sure what you mean. "Notation Role" is not a term that I'm familiar with. Is this the "Piano Roll" view?

Hello RB, You can print out multiple tracks by control-clicking on the tracks in the LeadSheet Window (where the cursor is in the screenshot below). Is that what you mean?

i understand how to print out multiple staffs as in andrews example.
as i am teaching small children about fractions (using music) it would be handy to print out the very graphic form of the "step edit" page. that way we can see how long each note lasts and how they all add up to 3 or 4 etc etc
i would like to be able to "stack" the various instruments against each other so we can see the different parts and in a very graphic manner see how they all add up.
i have found out how to print just ONE channel while in "step edit" but can't stack the different channels on top of each other.
hope that explains things better!

I'm not aware of any way to achieve that via BB. The tried and true cut and paste approach may be a viable workaround. On a side note and with an emphasis that I am not in any way affiliated with the producing company: I had experienced small children having a *lot* of fun with this lovely program suite -> www.harmonicvision.com/mafact.htmCheck out the demo. Maybe your kids catch fire too ...

hi folks.
sorry to be so long in getting back to this thread. gigs and family kept me busy for a few days.
while i didn't find the answer to my "problem" (i guess i have to put it on the "wish list") i did find an incredible amount of useful info while persusing this forum.
what a great resource this is.
