Is it possible to configure BiaB so that Shift+Arrow selects bars? The reason I ask is because I'm using BiaB on a netbook which has a very awkward touchpad.

Keith, have you tried to adjust the sensitivity of your touch pad? I was not happy with mine till Toshiba tech support helped me adjust it. Also, what about a usb mouse?

Meanwhile I've gone and bought a new netbook, and the touchpad is much better, with buttons at the bottom instead of the sides. Selecting is easier, but still a bit awkward. Ideally I'd like a good mini-trackball, but the local computer megastore didn't have one last time I looked.

A mouse needs a lot of space next to the netbook, that's one reason I prefer a trackball (the other is that I switched to trackballs years ago and have never looked back). I have the netbook hooked up to the hi-fi and only a small table to work on, with my guitar in my lap.
