hello all...
one of the jobs I ask b-i-a-b to do is be a good backup band for my songwriting (& amazingly...the more I lean about the program, the more accomodating it is. can't figure this out).
[but...then again...I also answer the bossy lady on the speaker at the quick check-out line at the supermarket...so...]
anyway...once I have a couple of good styles down for the tune, I move the midi file over to sonar where I throw in instruments from NI. normally it's easy to figure out...but there are times when I'd like to know exactly what midi instruments b-i-a-b assigned to my song for a particular style. can't seem to find the info in help...so's I came here.
any help will be appreciated,

I will give this one a try. First of all I am using BIAB 2011 so it has been a while since I have used 2007.5. Anyway, as you may know the MIDI instruments are determined by the STYLE you pick.
To see what instruments the STYLE assigned to a particular song, click on each instrument (BASS, PIANO, GUITAR, STRINGS, etc) and the instrument assigned for that STYLE will display in the Instrument Window to the left of the GM2 button and below the named instruments.
