All of a sudden the songs I have checked with generate endings just end abruptly. There is no ending, it just stops. I tried unchecking and then checking it again but nothing I try will work. It will not generate an ending.
I have no idea what could have changed to make this stop working. Does anyone else have this problem? I guess I have to go back over all my songs and make my own endings. This is a problem, I have over 400 songs worked up!
Oh, I forgot, I am using BIAB 2011. I just downloaded the 315 update hoping that will correct the problem but just in case it doesn't any help would be greatly appreciated.

Downloaded and installed the update and it still isn't working! The fade out doesn't work properly either. It starts to fade out then everything but the bass quits. This is really not good...

Try a factory reset found under Options. If the songs worked before and then stopped working, this may resolve it.

FYI, You can save a copy of your current preferences by going to Opt. | Save Preferences As. You can then load your preferences later if you need to check something.
There is a setting in Opt. | Preferences | Arrange... "Allow any endings". It sounds to me like this got unchecked.

Hi.
I am having this problem too.
If I have Allow Any Endings checked, then sometimes it plays a decent ending, sometimes not. Depends on the song. If I uncheck it, it plays no ending at all.
What to do??

Leave it unchecked and compose your own endings. If you go to the trouble of composing a song, you might as well compose the ending also. Later, Ray

Sometimes endings are generated and end with the last tone. Sometimes endings are generated and just end. Sometimes endings are truncated in the middle of a tone. This goes for both, Realtracks and Midi. I agree that often the result is acceptable or even quite good, but sometimes it is annoyingly bad.
