Hallo,
ich habe jetzt eine Saffire 6 USB und möchte nun auf der Audioaufnahmespur von BiaB per Mikro Gesang aufnehmen.
Logischerweise ist das Gesangsmikro mono. Deshalb kommt das Signal auch nur auf einem Kanal an. Ich möchte nun die Spur mono schalten, damit das Monosignal des Mikros auf beiden Boxen, bzw. beiden Kanälen gleich zu hören ist.
Oder geht das nicht und ich muss immer erst alle Spuren (alle Instrumente) als WAV rendern und dann im Sequenzer (Samplitude Studio) enfügen und dann zum Schluß die Gesangsspur aufnehmen?
Oder muss ich das in der Software des Audiointerfaces einstellen?
Mit dem Soundclip des Laptops ging das, aber die Soundqualität war natürlich bescheiden, weswegen ich mir dann ein ordentliches Interface zugelegt habe. So jedenfalls die Rezessionen. Aber auf der einen Box super Sound und auf der anderen nix is blöd!

Hallo Frieder,
im Aufnahmedialogfenster wird bei Dir "Spurtyp ist Stereo" stehen. Darunter auf den Button "Audio Optionen" klicken. Es öffnen sich die Audio-Einstellungen. Dort bei "Audiospur für diesen Song" von Stereo auf Mono umschalten. Mit OK zurück und schon steht da "Audiotyp ist Mono".
Weiteres steht im Handbuch unter Audiospur aufnehmen.

Hallo Ralf,
vielen Dank für die Hilfe. Es hat leider etwas gedauert, bis ich es ausprobieren konnte, da ich mit meinem "Studio" in den Keller gezogen bin. Noch eine Anmerkung: Das Mikro wird jetzt Mono aufgenommen, aber in der Pegelanzeige ist nur der linke Kanal als Ausschlag zu sehen. Ist nicht weiter schlimm, aber ist das so normal? Woran liegt das?
Ansonsten ist die von m3c empfohlene Saffire 6 usb echt g.... äh... klasse!!!
Am Wochenende hole ich mir Inspiration auf der Jazz-Ralley in Düsseldorf. Kann ich allen nur wärmstens ans Herz legen!!!!

Hallo Frieder,
möglicherweise hat der Treiber der Saffire noch irgendwo eine Einstellung, wo Du auf Mono schalten kannst oder die Kanäle sonstwie routen. Vielleicht hat sie außen auch richtige Schalter und Regler für sowas. Ich kenne die Saffire 6 selber nicht.
