Everything-Pak HD-Edition von Kaspersky bei der Installation abgeschossen.
Wie oder wo kann man das Programm neu aufspielen lassen?

Kaspersky hat die setup.exe und einige andere Dateien in Quarantäne genommen und/oder gelöscht...seitdem lässt sich das Programm nicht mehr installieren.
PGmusic hatte versucht mir zu helfen, aber nichts hat funktioniert

Dateien in Quarantäne lassen sich auch wieder befreien. Gelöschte Dateien können komplizierter werden. Manchmal liegen sie noch im Windows Papierkorb und lassen sich dann wieder herstellen.

Antivirus-Programme legen ein Protokoll oder eine Log-Datei an, in der steht, wann welche Dateien in Quarantäne gesteckt oder gelöscht wurden. Anhand der Angaben lassen sich die Dateien aus dem Quarantäneordner zurück holen. Die gelöschten Dateien, soweit sie nicht im Papierkorb waren, könntest Du beim PG-Support als Download anfordern und an die ursprünglichen Stellen kopieren.

Während der Installation (nach ca. 40 Minuten) hatte Kaspersky Dateien blockiert und gelöscht.
Dadurch hatte sich die ganze Installation "aufgehängt"....und ich konnte die Installation
nicht abbrechen oder beenden, sondern musste den Computer ausschalten.
Im Kaspersky-Ordner ist nichts mehr vorhanden.
Ich hatte schon Kontakt mit dem PG-Support. Man hat mit die setup.exe geschickt.
Leider funktioniert das auch nicht.
Jetzt hat man mir geraten, die HD nach Canada zu schicken :-(

Es wäre gut, PG Music einmal zu fragen, ob das Problem nicht etwa in Kanada dupliziert werden kann.
Zum einen könnte das helfen, anderen Kunden eine Menge Ärger zu ersparen. PG Music sollte umgehend die Kaspersky Leute informieren.
Zum anderen könnte PG Music dann gleich eine weitere HD auf die Reise schicken, oder einen Download Link einrichten.

jetzt habe ich folgende eMail nach PG-Music, Kanada geschickt:
hello Alyssa,
enclosed, I send you some screen-shots of my HD. Maybe you can see
which program i miss or which program has more or less KiloBytes.
In your german handbook, there is no warning to close Kaspersky or other
anti-virus-programs...so I went into the trap.
If we cannot repair the installation-program....it would be fair
to give me the opportunity for a download of everythingPak ..

Screenshots sind eine gute Idee. TeamViewer Support Sitzungen sind ebenfalls eine wesentlich bessere Alternative als HDs hin und her zu schicken.

verdächtige Dateien schiebt Kaspersky i.d.R. hier hin:
Laufwerk:\ProgrammData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP60MP4\QB - für WIndows Vista\7
oder
Laufwerk:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP60MP4\QB - für Windows XP.
Schau mal nach.
