Anyone know how to fix the problem of extra drum clicks at the end of a song? I saw they had fixed that on the 2011 version.
i5-3210 laptop. Win 10 Home. 2.5ghz, 64 bit. 6gb RAM. Focusrite Scarlet 2i2.

I used to edit it out with Audacity, (free program). If I was practicing I ignored it.

I have 2011 and it's still there. This has been mentioned during every beta test for the last 3 years or so and every few months it gets mentioned here. I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it except to say it sounds like the first beat of the count off as if the song was starting over again.

When I hear it, which is very rare now with 2011, I uncheck Loop. From experiments in beta testing, I do believe what Bob said, that it seems to be part of the beginning of the next chorus, not the end of the first.

This is weird, different systems and all that. I have a brand new Athlon Phenom 6 core with 4 gigs ram running Win 7 64 bit. With 2011 I get that one RD click on what would be the first bar after the end every single time, no exceptions. I can't swear to it for each instance but my habit is to have the Loop off because I find it annoying but I'll look into it further just to make sure.

That's too bad, Bob. I never dispute that someone else gets entirely different results from mine. Have you reported this to Support? Yes, I know it's an older problem, but if it happens every time for you, that should be something they can address. It's the intermittent stuff that is harder to diagnose.

Thanks to all of you for the replies. I think it is trying to start another chorus. Problem is, it doesn't go away, even if I uncheck Loop. So I turned the audible click off and use the visual count to start songs.
Also interesting that one of you said this has been a problem for 3 years. When I called BIAB for help, they told me they had never heard of anyone having that problem. I sent them a file and they said they couldn't hear it. When they announced they had fixed it on 2011 and I asked if they would help me with 2010.5 (since I had reported the problem a year ago), they said no.
If anyone gets anything else on this, I would appreciate you posting it. Thanks again.

Which drum set are you using?
I experienced the problem a while back but not since. I tried a bunch of different things but don't recall what resolved the problem.
Try
- Setting the count-in to 1 bar instead of the default 2
- If your song is multiple choruses, try unfolding and see if the problem continues.
- A different drum kit

I still get this in 2011 build 317 for midi drums -- I'm using a Ketron SD2 for midi. Very annoying for live gigs -- have to keep craking jokes at invisible drummer.

I see I failed to specify I'm referring to Real Drums, not midi. I never hear any clicks after the end of the song in midi.
