Hi all, I just upgraded to Band in a Box 2011.5. Having selected .... RT 126 [Fast Pop waltz] [4] FSPWLZ3 W EV 8 180 Up-tempo Pop Waltz and Fiddle [180RS]I get the message .... 'Real drums not found (style) Pop Rock Waltz March' Would someone be kind enough to check this for me. I spent ages on online help last evening and having reinstalled, ended up getting nowhere, though the help did seem to suggest that there may be a fault with the installer. Many Thanks, Mal.

Have you 'rebuilt' your list? In the window where you pick the drums ..
I experienced this once, but I rebuilt the list and the problem went away.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

Still no joy.
Is this a RealDrum set?

Hi Mal,
When I loaded in the style _FSPWLZ3.STY, I too received the message that the drums were not available.
Then, when I generated the style, a second message came up to say that the drums were not available. BIAB substituted MIDI drums for the Realdrums.
If you have been working with Support on this, it might pay to let them know that there's another person out there who has experienced the same.

Thank you for investigating Noel ......... that confirms that something is 'suspect' with the installer, I am sure.
Maybe others will also try that particular RT and highlight this for Staff.

I getting a similar error and others with the drums in the first Jazz funk in the new RT's.

Check to see if this folder exists on your hard drive:
c:\bb\drums\PopRockWaltzMarch
If it does, then you have that RealDrums style. If not, perhaps that file got missed in the installer, and we'd make a patch early next week.
If you do have it, but the file doesn't play, its likely a spelling error and you could reselect the RealDrums in the RD Picker.
