Hi All
I was just listening to some of the Style Sets that come with BIAB UltraPlusPak (all of them!), and one of the solos in a particular song were obviously in need of being transposed up an octave.
I found the "Transpose To ..... From" dialogue, as well as the "Changing Key" dialogue, but both of these are related to the transposition of "all" tracks at once (as far as I can see, anyway).
Can someone tell me how to just transpose "one" (1) track at a time?

I think that Real Band is better to edit individual tracks. However, from the Melody drop down menu, you can click on "Utilities" and use the transpose option there. If you have mutltiple tracks on Melody in BIAB, you can separate them out in Real Band. Others may have a different way to go.

Hi Harpo, Under Opt | Preferences | Channels] it's possible to set the octave for particular MIDI tracks. See the highlighted area in the below image where the Soloist is set to zero. If you wish to raise this an octave, simply set it to 1.  I suspect that this will do the job for you since it is a MIDI file. Hope this helps, Noel
