My question is can I purchase the options below for $58? Being that I'm not interested in the New 2011.5 RealBand or the other two RealTrack Sets Offered ?

Yes, pick one of the 6 or so style sets listed. Or for 30 more bucks by all of them. Take back the beer cans LOL.

Thanks for the clarification. Just one more question.
What does the statement below mean pertaining to the ADD-ONS? Does this mean the Realband Program ?
Does not include any RealTracks or other add-ons.

Correct, the $29 option includes Band-in-a-Box and RealBand 2011.5. Just no new RealTracks.
