Howdy! I opened a SGU that I was working on a while back. The drum ticks are there but no audio.
I've searched everything I know to correct it but no luck.???

Hi Walt,
I'm a little confused. Did you mean that there is no audio file attached to the SGU file or, when you hit play, you don't hear any sound?

Noel, when I hit play, there is no sound other than the drum click.

Walt,
As a test, try loading in the built-in Jazz Swing style found under Styles (beside Opt. on the top menu bar and the "Choose from 24 built-in styles").
This will test to see if MIDI is working. From what you say about the count-in, I suspect that it is.
If this is the case, it sounds like the volume of your audio setting in Windows might be turned down.
To check this, right click on the speaker icon in the task bar, select "Playback Devices", go to speakers and see what the levels are set at.

Noel, after going through all the volumn settings in Windows 7 and in BIAB, now I have no volumn at all. All Windows7 checks say all speaker systems and sound card are working properly. I can see activity in the volumn meter yet nothing coming out.???

Check the audio driver in Biab as well. Opt/Pref/Audio
If the driver is listed, check your volume sliders in Windows/Control Panel/Audio and see if it is the same as listed in Biab.
