Hola a tod@s, soy nuevo en el foro, aunque no en la utilización de Band in a Box. Recientemente he adquirido el 2011.5 build 37 para mac, y he comenzado a trabajar con él, aunque yo antes trabajaba en Windows, y la verdad es que son algo diferentes. Bueno, el caso es que me he encontrado con un problema. Al importar acordes de un archivo midi, selecciono el canal de la melodía para que la escriba en el canal pertinente de B i B (habitualmente el 4) y le doy a interpretar acordes. Todo lo hace perfectamente, y puedo comenzar a trabajar con la canción cambiando estilos, añadiendo efectos, etc. El problema surge cuando, una vez guardada la canción ( habitualmente también como MGU, con estilo de usuario), al volverla a abrir descubro con sorpresa que la melodía ya no existe más que en media canción, la otra media, inexplicablemente, se ha perdido. Lo he probado con los dos canales, el de melodía y el de solista, y en ambos pasa lo mismo. Me he puesto al habla con un técnico a través del canal live de la página de Pg music, y a él le ha pasado lo mismo, y no ha sabido encontrar solución, dice que probablemente sea un bug y que habrá que esperar a que los programadores encuentren una solución y saquen un parche o actualización, así que no me queda más remedio que esperar, salvo que alguien en este foro sepa cómo solucionarlo y lo pueda compartir con nosotros, estaría eternamente agradecido. Hola Javflute, bienvenido al foro. Ya he enviado el caso a otros usuarios de BIAB en Mac, y efectivamente uno de ellos confirmó el bug, el cual estamos anexando al informe de bugs respectivo. Yo hice la prueba en mi version PC y la melodía cargó completa luego de ser salvada la canción. Posiblemente tenga a la disposición de nuevo una Mac este fin de semana para personalmente hacer la prueba en ella. Cualquier resultado te estaré informando.
Por cierto, si tienes la posibilidad realiza una prueba con una canción de pocos compases, digamos 8 o 16, te fijas en los resultados y reportalos aquí, quiero chequear algo con respecto al manejo de la memoria.

Hola Carlos y saludos a todos también. Soy un nuevo participante en este forum.
Tengo un problema y es que no puedo grabar mis músicas en "Band in a Box" pues hoy me he enterado que todos los que tienen un ordenador HP de fechas recientes, sus targetas de sonidos llamadas "Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 221" no permiten hacerlo.
Es decir: si voy a verificar mi targeta de sonido, en el apartado que tiene: "control de grabación" ("Recording Control")solo aparece el icon del micrófono interno, no aparece como en otras targetas de sonido: "Midi Synth", What U hear", "Anolog Mix", Microphone" y "Wave". Y por esta razón no se puede seleccionar "Midi Synth" y entonces no se graba la música. Tampoco lo puedo lograr por mediación del uso de "VST/ DXi Synth" pues el programa al momento de ser activado o grabado es rechazado por Windows Vista Home Premium/ 64 bit que es el que tengo, al parecer cuando reconoce incopatibilidad con mi targeta de sonido.
Mi ordenador es un laptop y la targeta de sonido está fija en mi "moderboard" cosa que no se puede cambiar.
¿Ante del mío, alguna persona ha planteado en estos forum, este problema con su targeta de sonidos?. He sabido que actualmente las targetas de sonidos "Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 221" han sido instaladas en los ordenadores "HP","Dell" y otras marcas más y todas tienen este impedimento.
¿Qué puedo hacer? Saludos a todos.
