This song came about after reading a poem by Carol Wimmer. Getting her permission, I rewrote the poem, adding some of my lyrics so it would fit this song. Thanks for the listen. I really had fun with this song. It was so different that the usual genre I write in. It was great working with others to accomplish this song.

Hi Marty,
As usual you have a great sound and the song itself has a wonderful feel to it.
A nice Gospel feel with a hint of a slow version of "By And By".
My only reservation, and it is a personal one, is I feel it would lift more if the chorus melody came away from the verse melody.
As there is no key change or noticable melody change it seems a little flat.
A nice song still.

You can come sing that at my church anytime you want. Some of the folks probably even need to hear it. Very nice, and the harmonies were excellent.
