got it installed ok i think from my 2012 BIAB downloads....last night i tried to authorize with the author MANAGER and entered my details and email address only to be asked for a serial number!!!!!!!
now when i try to re enter my details it wont go any further than the "enter email bit" because, it says....
this address has already been entered!
and wont go any further
can someone SIMPLY explain how to get this authorised/registered/working

There is a link to the IK Multimedia site (Amplitubes maker) in one of the readme files that came with 2012. If you successfully created your account - and it seems you did - you should be able to enter the serial number there (or get it from there if you need it). You can register the program 4 or 5 times w/o extra cost so you can put it on a laptop, desktop and reinstall it a few times. This link might work: http://www.ikmultimedia.com/index.php?Community

Hello vishnu, Go here: http://www.ikmultimedia.com/Main.html?freedownload/index.phpLog in (or create an account if you haven't). Then you should see the serial number - press Copy to clipboard, and then paste into the dialog that's asking for the serial.
