It seems I can only set the INTRO options for ALL songs. I want to be able to save some songs with the intro off and others with the intro on. Can this be done?

Yes.
Use the save with settings. Just 'un'invoke the intro thing for the song.
I often use the into function, stick in 8 bars automatically, and then edit the chords to more resemble the song. I might even add more or subtract.

I have tried saving the settings with the songs but it does not seem to work.
Whatever settings I have at the time apply to all my songs when I load them.
Some songs I want an intro and others, MP3 backing tracks for example, I do not want an intro.
Additional advice would be welcome. I am on Version 11.5

So we're talking about the same thing, by the term "intro", do you mean "click-in" you hear before the song starts, or an actual intro to the song? If it's the first, then yes, that's either on or off. If it's the second, that should be saved with the song.
