Hey BIAB Users, I'm new and I have a question. I'm inputing chords for a jazz song that is latin 1st 8 bars, then swing for 8 bars. I've added my colored bars (1a/9b etc). How do I assign the style to these bars?

In Windoze version, you can change the style by selecting the bar, then pressing F5. I'm new to the Mac version, and not at my Mac, so can't tell if this works the same under Mac. Give it a try, or I will when I get home tonight.

Hi,
It's all right,
Actually, you have to clic on the bar where the style has to change, then press "F5" to open the dialod window and then clic on "STY.." to choose the style you want to use.
A little information which can be useful.
If you want to use a style in 3/4 in your song, same process but don't forget to enter "3" in the # beat pro measure box. I found out the solution yesterday.

In "A Night in Tunisia" I use style -BSTSW^2.STY
The blue highlighted measures play swing style, the green highlighted play latin style.

I cannot find that style. Could you describe it by a different name?

I am new to BIAB for Mac. I have inputted chords to a song and it sounds good, but I haven't been able to get the ending not to be so abrupt. Does anyone know how I can stretch out the ending?

Middle of the screen, there is a grey "S" button (song setting), on dialog window you will be able to design the ending as good as you like.
