Hi all, is it possible in PT 11 to copy and paste the recorded audio in 2 stereo tracks, say tracks 12 and 13, to 2 other stereo tracks, say 14 and 15, all in one action?
I know you use the ctrl key to select the tracks, then hi-light the areas in both tracks (12 and 13), click copy, then select by using ctrl key tracks 14 and 15 and click paste at the point I want to place the audio, but when I do this the pasted tracks always end up on the original tracks, i.e., 12 and 13, not 14 and 15 where I want to move them.
I hope I've explained this clearly. Thanks in advance.

PT 2011 has a build 4 - http://www.pgmusic.com/support_windows_pt.htm#11-4One of the fixes deals with your 24 bit problems (potentially)

But this update is for PT 11, isn't it? PT 2011 is a newer version.
I get kind of confused with the different versions, but as far as I know, 2011 is the newest.

Sorry, I read it as PT 11 the first time.
If you hold down ctrl while selecting the second set of tracks (as you described above) you will be 'adding' these to 12 and 13 as selected tracks, resulting in all four being selected. You have to click 14, then ctrl+15.
If you selected all four tracks PT will paste to the first two selected tracks (since there is only two tracks of data).
Could this be the problem?
Make sure that 12 and 13 are no longer selected and only 14 and 15 are selected before pasting.

Another way is to use Audio > Duplicate each track. This not however a single action for both but is quicker than Copy/Paste.
