Hi.
I have two beginner problems, which have kept me from getting started and be serious with this program I bought some months ago. The first one is that I want to use it as backing when rehersing improvisation, and when I use the loop function over a chorus, it happens almost every time when it starts over, that I hear a very clear and annoying crack. Can it be avoided somehow instad of copy/pasting 100 lines?
The other one is that I unfortunately got a language version for the country where I live and in my motherlanguage, but the translation makes it very difficult to find good informations and search in English forums.

Hello Wagner, I like to improvise over a looped background as you do (I'm a sax player), so I hope I can help. I don't know whether you have Band-in-a-box as well, but if so I would recommend it as a practice tool over RealBand; there is greater flexibility available with it.
To possibly fix the 'cracking' problem, I can only think that you might examine carefully the data on the tracks at the beginning of the loop (perhaps play each track by itself with the others muted to see whether it's to do with a particular track)and if so, delete the offending note to perhaps fix the 'crack'. This is just a guess and might be way off the mark. Good luck with your problem.

Thanks Clinton. Yes, band in a box don’t have the cracking problem and also it has a button to repeat choirs. But the sound quality is not the best, at least not here and without buying extra packages. So my ‘solution’ has been to use real band, and the copy paste function with hundred line repeats. It’s just that it requires good patience while copying, changing style or tempo. So one day I will find time to investigate your idea and see if its an offending note or just the normal start function.
