OP WadeCottingham Enthusiast W Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 20	a year or two ago, i reported a problem in which a perfectly good sounding mix, using reverb, when played in BIAB, renders to audio WITHOUT reverb and sounds like *****. it is INCREDIBLE this is still happening.... i think of BIAB as a little kid toy until it can faithfully render REVERB, one of the most basic audio functions, to an mp3 short version .... RENDER doesn't WORK.... let me repeat .... RENDER does NOT WORK ..... the previous files I sent, were acknowledged by BIAB as a problem, but still, a year or more later, I have the latest build, and your little toy program still cannot render a REVERB track to an mp3 audio..... and this is what I will tell people about BIAB for MAC from now on ... it is an amateur toy.... best wishes with your little toy program ....

The problem doesn't happen in my testing. Audio files that I render do have the same amount of reverb that I hear when playing the song in Band-in-a-Box. So at the very least, the problem must be more specific than you describe in this post (i.e. only happens under certain circumstances). Please reference this forum post in your email. I am able to make Midi tracks and Audio tracks (RealTracks) render with reverb applied to the render, so we should be able to make this work for you. Get back to me when you can. Thanks! Rob.
