John,

That was me . . . Thanks!

I am assuming the last one on the page is your live setup? That is what I am most interested in.

Thanks again,

WOW, John I was hoping you had the "silver" bullet when it came to downsizing for gig travel but I think your setup, either of them, may be a bit heavier than mine, or at least very close to it.

But some nice toys none-the-less.

Thanks again,

Nice rig. Did you leave out the chicken wire or am I the only one who needs the barricade? Every club is "Bob's Country Bunker" for me....

I saw the 5 string, (but it ain't no banjo).

I was just curious if you'd started playing the 6 string.

My first guitar. So "playing" would very much be an overstatement.

thanks for posting, John... it's interesting to see other peoples' gear.

(I hope others "pile on" and show their setups too)

I hear that Eddie, I used to play a place round here called "Country Bob's" It was a Truck Stop, Motorcycle Shop, Bar and Grill, Nightclub and Tattoo Parlor.

The owner (Bob) used to play every last set and end with an Elvis Medley, with America The Beautiful and a Fence would come down to block the Beer Bottles. The showed ended when a Huge American Flag would unroll from the ceiling in front of the stage.

I haven't seen this place in 25 years. I just found out a few months ago, Bob died in an accident. Everyone figured nothing could kill him. While he was having some Parking Lot work done, a cement mixer fell on him and killed him. It just seemed like the way he would have wanted to go. The place was just like Urban Cowboy.

My biggest question is who moves it and if you have a big truck because even your smaller system is a lot of gear to move. Not great planning on my part when I bought a Kia Rio....

Good question. Our band used to always rent a truck.

Even my old Olds Station Wagon wouldn't take the big system. I did move my system like the small one with the Wagon. I had 2 JBL cabs with 15" and Horn Tweets. They worked well with my voice.
I forgot about the moving. Ugh.
