Please help.
I need to know how to export only un-muted tracks to WMA.
For example, I have a song that has Bass, Piano, Drums, Guitar, Melody.
I want to make a backing-track for a friend who plays Bass.
So, I want to export as a WMA but I want to exclude the Bass track.
I have tried muting the Bass track; but, it seems that the exported WMA always has all tracks regardless of muting.
Is it possible to exclude certain tracks when saving as WMA?
If yes, then how?
Please advise.
(Yes, I know that it would be MUCH easier if the Bass player just had Biab and I have suggested that but I cannot force the issue. So, if I want the band to learn their parts, then I need to provide backing tracks in WMA format. Etc.)
Please send your thoughts, suggestions, etc.

I have BIAB 2012 (build #350) and just tried making a wma file with the bass muted. All worked fine.
As the first step in trying to solve the problem, try the following ...
In "Opt | Preferences | MIDI Driver" and see if it is set up as in the image below.
Note: The "VSC-DXi Coyote WT" is the Coyote Wave Table soft synth that is needed for rendering on a 64-bit operating system.

As a workaround, perhaps set the volume of a track to zero?
