Hello,
I have a number of RealBand files I have recorded over the past few years that I would like to play back on other devices in other formats. It would appear that the only version of save-as output my RealBand 2009 supports is the original .SEQ format. Is this correct?
If this is true, is there any reasonable way for me to convert these to wav or mp3?

Audio - merge audio and DXi tracks to stereo wave file ... or WMA ... or compressed file if you have a decent mp3 codec installed.
It's in the Audio menu, not File-Save As
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

Thanks! That did the trick.
Say, would you know whether their is a way to capture a number of loops of output from a single SEQ file? For instance, I might have a tune that is 24 bars long as a SEQ file, that I play back in RealBand by looping those 24 bars indefinitely.
Is there any way to capture output as WAV (or whatever non-SEQ) file that you can instruct to take bars 1-24 of SEQ file and loop (say) 10 times as the output?
Any reply appreciated!!

I think the only way is to copy the 24 bars and paste them onto the end of the track 10 times. It's probably easiest from the BARS WINDOW - click and drag over all the tracks, copy and then select how many times you want to paste. You can then merge the tracks as rharv said.
Maybe someone else has a more elegant solution?

Yeah, RB is linear. BiaB has repeats like that, but not in RB.
I'd merge it, open the resulting wav file and work with that for pasting, instead of the original seq file. You'd be accmplishing the same thing and take less disk space. Just open the wave file, copy/paste the sections, and render to wave.
ROG's Bars window suggestion would still work as long as you set the tempo the same in the new file as it was in the old..
