Hi Eddie,

What exactly did you want BIAB to do for you? You haven't provided too much detail.

For example, if you play saxophone (I'm just guessing here), do you want BIAB to provide the backing for a single bar and to play that bar over and over so that you can practise the melody? If that's the case, you could simply create another song and just type in the chords for that single bar 3 or 4 times (creating 3 or 4 bars of the chords). It would then be possible loop those bars.

If you can give a little more information. I'm sure someone on here can come up with a solution for you.

Regards,
Noel

I think from your question that you can loop two or ten bars, but not just one. Here's how-

Pointer over bar to loop. Press and hold left mouse button. Drag to highlight it and the next bar, holding lmb all the while. Drag back to the bar to loop, and only that bar will highlight. Release the lmb. Hit F10, you're looping one bar.

Did that work for you?

Good luck.

Here's another option:

Assuming the bar you want is not the first or last bar in the song (if it is, insert one bar before or after the bar you want), try this:

Using the bar settings (press F5), mute each each adjacent bar (e.g., you want to hear bar 14) by , so mute bars 13, and then 15 by selecting Instrument changes/All Inst/Mute at bar 13, 15. Then, assuming you want to hear Guitar, on bar 14, select
Instrument changes/All Inst/---, then select Instrument changes/Guitar/Back to Normal.

Highlight the three bars and CLICK Loop.

Alternately, you could pad with more muted bars for additional lead-in/lead-out time.

Quick update: For less padding, omit the leading bar (bar 13) and using the loop settings dialog, set the first bar to 14 and number of bars to 2.
