I'm getting a string buzz or some such scratchy sound from the acoustic fingerpicking tracks in RealBand. It just happens occasionally but it can be a little irritating when you're just having the single guitar back up a vocal.
Is this something that everyone gets or is it just my system? If it is common to the track, what can be done to minimize the sound. Also, I wonder if PG Music is aware and working on the issue.
I love the tracks in RealBand! I sometimes can't believe the results...Nashville cannot do better but I guess that is to be expected, it's played by the best studio musicians!

Sometimes regenerating a few measures around the spot helps with sounds that shouldn't be there. Sometimes not, at least in my experience. At times I've been able to zoom in and carefully surgically edit out a little blooper and sometimes not. If the above doesn't work you might try eq or running it through an amp sim to change the sound or try another real track. Also the closer you are to the native tempo of the track the better the sound you'll get too.

Regenerate the section, as mentioned.

Hi, I've got to agree with rharv......part of what makes a RealTrack!  There is string noise on some acoustic Bass tracks as well....I love it! But if there are any clicks etc. that are too obvious, I remove them in Sonar. I sometimes edit quite a bit, where I'm looking for a particular sound......sometimes, even combining RealTracks Regards,  Joe G.
