I have a gig coming up where I'll be using a different synth from my usual. The bass patch (33) does not have the same MSB and LSB that I normally use (33,0,0). I need to temporarily change MSB and LSB to use 95 and 2. I thought that Opt|Utilities|Make an Advanced Patch map would work. I select patch 33 (Acoustic String Bass), Enable Advanced Settings, check the Bank boxes and put 95 and 2 in the appropriate fields. Then save the change. No luck. The MSB/LSB don't change. I verified this in the Midi Monitor. Interesting thing is if I tell it to use a different patch (i.e. 34), that works. Just the MSB/LSB change is not working.
Am I missing something? I would temporarily change all my songs to the new patch but cannot find a way to do this in bulk.
