I ordered the new everything pak update Yesterday AFTERNOON on the phone and it has arrived in Leavenworth, Kansas this morning by super fast Fedex. I fully expected, knowing PG Music's rate of sending stuff in the past, to receive it in 3-5 days. It is coming from Canada for crying out loud. But the next morning!!!
Thanks PG Music for once again exceeding my expectations. I will be enjoying the weekend big time with my newest toys.

Maybe the earth's rotation is against me! Placed the order hours after released and ups only phoned today to discuss import taxes, ,they reckon on tuesday...!!, i have listened to every demo track twice , cannot wait .....

I ordered mine using the Download method. Saved on the freight and any Customs etc but because of TalkTalk's (my ISP) lousy download speed of 300kps it took 60 hours to download it all.
However, that is faster than any kind of Air Freight and it was SO well worth it!!
What a piece of Kit!!

I think the same thing happened to me last year when I ordered biab 2012. It was just about 1 day.

I got a call last night from Fedex saying someone would have to be home to sign for a package in the morning. My wife and I spent all night trying to figure out who would be sending us a package cause I knew there was NO WAY this could be from PG. Boy way I surprised. Also nice that the wife said I could go ahead and start playing with it now even though its a Christmas present.

Right...I had to sign for my Fed Ex delivery. I didn't notice if there was a "no signature required" option on the order form but if not, there should be. It was only lucky that I happened to be home when the package arrived.
I have ALL my shipments left on the front porch. Doing so is fine here in Idaho. We don't have much crime...because EVERYONE has guns!!!! Not much "road rage" either...for the same reason.
Kinda makes you mind your manners when you wonder whether...if you get up in someone's face, he will pull out a 9mm and say..."Pardon me...what was that you said?"

My USB HD with Bonus 16 DVD
Was shipped about 2:30 pm one day from B.C. and I received it
about noon following day. In the sticks 80 miles north of Sacramento.

You've got the same horribly slow speed as we have Ian. Checked mine this morning, 300kbps as well Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh

With talktalk too, gotta admit they are cheap though, £18.50 a month probably around $27 for dsl broadband, phone line rental, anytime calls free, international calls to 36 destinations free over 3.0 mbit download speed, could get fibre with them too faster speeds but happy enough with what I pay.
Unfortunately this year as funds won't allow I will have to give the yearly upgrade a miss, ah well lots to play with still in the ultra pak 2012.

I got great service...ordered the 2013 USB drive everything pak and it only took 3 working days to get to Gold Coast, Australia.
Gee Australia post takes longer than that to deliver interstate!

Here is a new one for you. I just got a phone call from PG Sales and Support. That's right they called me!! Seems when I ordered 2013 on line I apparently ordered 3 versions of the update. I kinda knew something was wrong when downloading as it seemed I had 3x more files than I needed. So with their quick thinking they were able to correct the order charges for me. Thanks again for the great service nnd support.
