I really am frustated over this trying to follow the steps to start over do I need to take biab off to start over Help

Don't give up on it. It really is worth it in the end.
Go read jfords 'sticky' thread about Sample tank manual.(second thread down from the top)
You will also see on there that I had trouble with it too. Now that I have it working (and have also DL'd the extra free sounds off their website) I am very happy with it.
Percevere with it.

thanks I think i'm up and runing is there a video or some place to learn how to make it work. I have alot of questions on the sample tank.

There is another way to use Sampletank at least with 2012.5
get a virtual midi cable like midi-yoke
Setup BIAB to send midi out to the virtual midi cable.
Use Sampletank standalone to read the other end of the cable.
Works just like any midi hardware being sent midi from BIAB
