Hi,
I'm a new user; I just bought the 2012.5 UltraPlus Pak about three weeks ago. Does anyone know if they make any allowances for upgrading within such a short time period? Had I known 2013 was coming out this soon I would have waited.

I didn't even have to call. Someone there saw my post here and e-mailed me with the news that there is a 30 day "buffer" and links to the upgraded program and files. Now THAT is customer service! All I need to do now is figure out how to purchase the Bonus Pack on its own and I'll be all set. THANK YOU Band in a Box!

Yes, there is a 30 day buffer, so you're covered.
There's also a 30 day MBG (for any purchase from us, and its been that way for 25 years). So you'd be covered under that too.
