Hi all!
I'm using BiB 2012 and I'm very pleased with this software. However I've been struggling to input a 2-bar break in a song. I wish the break to start with a slight accent of the cord on beat 1 and then silence on beat 2,3 and 4 and further during the following bar. Then back to full accompaniment.
Cant make that happen! I've been using the "cord-setting menu" with no luck and somehow it does not seem to work as expected. Is there a flaw in that function or my missunderstanding?

Hello and welcome to the Forum.
Try this: when you are typing the chord on beat one, type two periods after it. That is a "shot". Ex. Dm7..
Then leave the rest of the measure empty. The next chord you type will resume sound.
In the Help, there is info about this under the topic, Rests, Shots and Holds.

Thanks! That worked for me! Next issue is accents but guess I'll find that. Seems like direct input from K/B is more reliable...
