Hi, I am new to the forum and if there is a protocol i missed please forgive me and send me there.
I have used BIAB for about 3 years now and i love the application. Particularly the RT's very cool to have your own band that won't give you attitude when you tell them to soften down.
Here is what i need or would like:
I use BIAB for performing. I have compiled a vast PDF leadsheet songbook that i perform from. Right now i have to open the song in BIAB and then in the songbook. how much faster would it be if i could import my leadsheets in pdf form into the BIAB arrangement i have already done. I"d only have to find the song in the BIAB (meaning i would only have to go H, I, J, K.......one time as the alphabet starts over for me at G) and wait for the computer to open one file. This would be a complete dream come true.
Don't know if it is possible but i would love this.

Hello Moon, and welcome. I think you are in the right place because what you describe doesn't exist. As far as protocol, most of the time we would be more likely to post in the 'regular' BIAB forum first, and then if it turns out what you want doesn't exist, then move to the Wishlist.
I don't follow your alphabet reference, but I assume it's some scheme you use for naming song files?
Are you looking for any sort of connection between the BIAB song and the PDF file, such as the PDF following along with the music? Or just a more efficient way to load two files?

Hi!
ok the alphabet reference was just me stating that i have to say that alphabet to find where any letter is past G.
You have a page in BIAB that you can put the entire lyrics on that comes up when an arrangement is pulled up if you configure it right.....what i would like is the ability to store a pdf file like that page.....when you open the arrangement of a fly me to the moon the leadsheet is inside that file as pdf and it will pull up the biab arrangement and the leadsheet so i can play along with the arrangement....does that make sense? i know what i mean lol
