I open a tune and start to Play and after a bar or two playing stops. First time this problem has occurred.
I click on X at upper right and window says End Process, which I do.
I rebooted computer - same thing.
I reset to Factory Setting - still same problem.
Can someone suggest a fix?
By the way, I use version 2012 (have used for past year).
Can I "upgrade" to V 2012.5 online?

First of all, I think we'd need more info to try and help you.
Does this occur on all songs you try or just one specific song? If it's one specific song it might have been corrupted somehow and you'd need to re-enter it from scratch.
Does it occur with midi only songs? If midi only songs work you may need to defrag your hard drive as RealTracks need to create large temporary files with quick access.
Have you added any background processes recently such as a new anti-virus program or wireless networking? These processes could interfere with BiaB.

Another thing. When playing stops does the cursor continue to move from bar to bar? This could be important because that will indicate whether BiaB halts the song completely or whether your audio out is at fault.

I went to Chat and was advised to reinstall program after we attempted a number of things. I reinstalled and it seems to be OK now.
To answer question above, the cursor would not move on one song, on another it started to play the tune for a bar or two, then stop.

For all above, I found out that I had not installed Real Tracks holds and shots.
I did and now all works OK.
