As a Jazz player I'm always practicing things in all keys. It would be nice to be able to program a tune, and have each chorus cycle through various keys, i.e, cycle 4, 5, 3, 2, etc.

I don't know whether there is a way to automate that, but if you create your pieces as an expanded series of choruses you can insert key changes wherever you like up to BIAB's 255-bar limit. Check out the "Unfold" command on the Edit menu.

and if you do exceed the 255 measure limit as mentioned, take it into RealBand.
However, take a look at the Window menu, Practice Window, Transpose Songs button. In the dialog, you can set it to transpose a random number of semitones each chorus, or change by a fixed number of semitones each chorus.
